Tamar was friendly, professional and thorough.!
I was able to get care the same day I booked the appointment. The doctors and staff were quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place!
I saw dr. Matthew DiNoto at the Queen Anne location in Seattle. Service was fast, professional and very friendly, by everyone from the staff. Pricing was transparent - no surprises. I woke up at 7am on a Sunday with ear pain. Less than 1.5 hrs later, I had a diagnosis and the medication I needed. I will definitely go there again if needed - extremely pleased with everything and very grateful to have a ZoomCare in my neighborhood!
Very fast, but personalized experience! Had an appt and was seen right away. Everything was prepped for my appt and medications available on site. Would definitely come back!
Although my doc was very nice, Make sure you don't tell them you have insurance or it will be $300 not $200 like it is for the uninsured. Did not receive any medication or diagnosis, and needed some UTI medication the next day and they told me I'd have to come back in for a visit and pay another 272$.
The most inhumaine money making machine you could go to with : 1) absolutely brainless receptionists who don’t listen and make you fill out wrong paperwork while you’re visibly in pain 2) no booking without a credit card!? Even for a 15 mins appointment.. Check the card at the time of an appointment or send a bill! But oh well, welcome to America baby! 3) 5 min late policy and you arrive at 4 mins and they turn you around while you politely beg and, again, are visibly in pain. Absolutely inhumaine money making machine. Do not go there, go to a real hospital like UW or Swedish both have urgent care these days.
