The receptionist at the Wallingford, Seattle location was an absolute delight to have greet me. Her friendly and calm demeanor immediately put me at an ease. I didn’t have to wait at all to get seen, and then had an understanding and reassuring PA address my concerns promptly. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had probably ever at an urgent care or even just medical facility. I hope they are being treated well. They appeared, at least, to not clearly hate their life/job. I didn’t mean to write a novel, but those are my thoughts!!

Saw us quickly and had the medication we needed on-site. This was terrific for us, as out of town visitors, thank you!

Their kindness and willingness to help were top notch. I had made an appointment, but it wasn’t showing up, so they decided to forego their breaks to make sure I was seen! Then Dr. Fanta spent 30+ minutes with me hearing all my symptoms and listening. Absolute great medical care. The woman who worked the front desk was also great and very helpful to make sure I was comfortable. 100% would come back to see them.

I've been feeling poorly and was able to get a semi last minute appointment here. I ended up having to get my blood drawn for the very first time and Kaya was so kind and patient. I got through it because of her.

I loved the nurse who checked me in and out, very quick and very fun. The PA who checked me out was quick and nice. Straight to the point and very honest and already feel better the next day

Had a great experience coming here, which says a lot since I dread going to urgent care/doctor visits but everyone working here was so friendly. I really appreciated the high level of customer service during my visit today. I was able to get in and out quickly as well which was a perk!

Great experience! The facility is clean and simply furnished. I was seen right away, a test was taken, an Rx was given and I was out in 20 minutes! I wish all urgent care experiences were like this!

Had a freak injury and the urgent care facility I already had an account with was just really busy, so tried this clinic and was very pleased! Everything from making an appointment to check-in to evaluation was easy and professional. Staff were friendly and made this visit a pleasure!
