I always get great care at your West Seattle location. Glady is caring and knowledgeable and I love that I can be in and out quickly.

My five stars is for Lynn, the provider I saw. She asked great questions and really listened to my answers. She was compassionate but thorough. I would definitely come back to see her!
I can't believe how quickly I was able to get in to see a provider! I created an account at 9:30am and was able to schedule an appointment at 10:30. I walked in at 10:26 and was called in for my appointment at 10:30 on the dot! The provider listened to my history, symptoms, and medications and quickly got me a treatment plan to resolve my sinus issue. I was out the door 20 minutes after I walked in. Wow!
We could not be more grateful for ZoomCare. We've been to several locations in Seattle for different reasons and each time we were blown away with the professionalism, thoroughness, excellent communication, courtesy, warmth, and physically welcoming, immaculate, and beautiful environments. The efficiency of the model should be the basis for healthcare everywhere: online-same-day-appointments; no waiting one one arrives; most all prescriptions available on the premises for one to leave with. For the West Seattle location which we frequent the most often, everyone there is just wonderful. A special shout out to Juli Sweet who fits every one of these amazing attributes. Thank you ZoomCare for entering and changing our lives.
Worst clinic ever! My wife makes an appointment the evening before. Me as the father brings our daughter over the next morning and they are claiming that they cannot legally take her in bc my wife made the appointment. They do not disclose this on their website. Regardless, my wife jumps off her work call, drives as fast as she can to the clinic. The appointment is at 8:30, my wife arrives at 8:36AM and they say the 5 min grace period has passed and send all of us home. I have never experienced something like this. If they had disclosed on their website that the other parent cannot bring her, we would have been prepared. Not disclosing this and then refusing us when we are one minute late is incredible. This is all so disappointing. We have been at the clinic before and the care we received was great. However, the staff is absolutely terrible and has no understanding for families. I am from Germany and lived in Denmark and I am used to bad customer service. The United States has always been a customer service role model. This experience has turned my world upside down. Worst experience I have made in my life. Zoom, train or switch out your front desk staff. The front desk person unilaterally made the executive decision to deny healthcare to a two year old child who was there with her dad, with an appointment that started at 8:30 and us being there at 8:24. It’s absolutely unthinkable
Had an urgent need to see a physician and love they’re open on weekends with same days appts available. Very clean, professional and a great team. Because I got in same day I was able to avoid my issue becoming much worse and needing additional care. Received multiple medications at check out. Great experience for an otherwise unwanted issue.
