Service was extremely fast and efficient. Everyone that works there is super friendly and you really feel like they care even though you're not in person. Anything that can be done over zoom they can handle. Payment and billing and everything is really easy as well.

I’ve had great experiences at ZoomCare Interbay for both myself and my teenager. The facility is new & clean with plenty of parking. We’re always greeted immediately and checked in with front desk staff. The physicians assistants or nurses that provide care are always very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and kind. No one likes being sick or needing an urgent care visit- but it’s always a pleasant experience here.

I’ve been to ZoomCare a number of times for minor illnesses and have had a positive experience each time. The facilities are clean and modern. The staff is pleasant and competent. I also like how you can get some medications right there and not need to wait for them at your pharmacy.

Great first time experience with Zoomcare! Made an appointment easily yesterday online. I arrived 5 mins early and was called and sitting in front of a (super great) PA giving my Med/health history EXACTLY on time. That might be a “first” for me with a “doctors appointment” and I’m 65. Visit overall was great and I unexpectedly and happily left their Interbay offices with my Rx(s) in-hand to treat my very “nasty cold” (not Covid - I home tested neg day before). Highly recommend all the Med staff at the Interbay location. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and well trained. I received Great service from initial contact at the “welcome desk” to interacting with my Care Provider to walking out their door with exactly what I needed to go home and get better. Thank you Zoomcare!

It was simple to schedule a same-day appointment. The facility is clean and pleasant. The PA (Tamar German) was friendly and thorough. I was able to get my prescription right there and they bill insurance. Couldn’t have been a better experience!
