Whitney was super quick to get me in and Dr Ingrid was incredibly kind and patient!

Easy to make a same day appointment, no waiting, they had the prescriptions available so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. Couldn’t have been easier.

I came in with sore stomach and Ingrid was just so professional and nice and very quick to send me to ER for follow ups. AND she called me the next day to see how ER went and how I was feeling. OMG I have NEVER seen any doctor to be NICE and to do follow up calls 😭 She is the BEST! Thank you for being speck of bright light in health care!

Ingrid provided us by far the best healthcare experience we've had within the country. She's very empathetic, super friendly, and attentive. She listened carefully and helped us come up with a diagnosis plan and put in referrals for further evaluations. She is an amazing doctor.

They were so efficient and thorough here. When they were concerned that my situation may require some imaging unavailable at their location, they made me a quick appointment at their Bellevue Super Zoom location. Within an hour, I was having my imaging done at their other location. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care if I need it again after this. Thank you Zoom team!

Really love all of the Zoomcare offices I’ve been to but this one in particular. I’ve gone late at night several times now for UTIs. Dr. Hudakova is the best. She listens without judgement and doesn’t dismiss how you’re feeling. Wish she could be my PC/OBGYN!
