After my initial intake with Molly McDonnell, I left the appointment already feeling hopeful. I had been extremely nervous before (the appointment) but she had such a natural way of making me comfortable and not judged. She was very inquisitive and I appreciated that she made me feel included in all the recommendations she'd made. Now, after seeing her several visits after our first, I appreciate her approach even more and genuinely look forward to our appointments. It's so obvious that she cares about her patients--going above and beyond what needs to done for them. To look at all the reviews posted here, it's all to clear other people value her! I do really like ZoomCare as they make it easy to schedule stuff, and with providers like Molly it makes me want to return even more. I honestly wouldn't continue (with ZoomCare) if she left and worked elsewhere. It's really special when you find a psych provider that you're able to connect with--and who's as incredibly passionate and good at their job as Molly truly is!

I was recommended by a friend of mine to connect to Molly McDonnell for my mental health since they had seen her when she was in private practice and LOVED her. Zoomcare makes it easy to schedule and stuff but Molly is the reason I keep coming back. She is the most affirming psych provider ever. She took several appointments for my assessment to be careful with my care. I felt like she wanted me to be informed and make decisions WITH her… and when she asked questions, she seemed genuinely interested and understanding. I never felt judged. When she finally got to the point of recommending treatment, I fully trusted her and she didn’t just recommend meds… she sent me an email with personalized referrals and links and resources just for me. At this point in my treatment I just enjoy my brief appointments with Molly! She is kind and has the best memory for literally everything! I will seriously never go anywhere else for my psych treatment.

I had to write a review for Zoomcare after meeting with my most recent psychiatrist here - Molly M. She was the second mental health provider I happened to see here after Dr Davis (?). She had clearly prepared to see me and was up-to-date on my needs, which was appreciated because I didn’t have to repeat myself. But beyond that, she seemed genuinely interested in me as a whole human being. She spent time talking about my relationship concerns, fears, and asked questions that were almost cosmically relevant. Her presence was so calming… it was like venting to a really professional friend or something… and when she reviewed the medications I’d been taking, I realized how much Dr Davis had missed and how much I appreciated her explaining not only side effects, but what the medication was doing in my body. It’s clear she is extremely knowledgeable but she was careful not to pressure me into any treatment I wasn’t informed of or comfortable with. I’m just really happy I found Molly at zoom because of how easy their system is here but also with the support and care she provided me. I would 100% recommend any one looking for mental health care at zoomcare connect with Molly for their care.

Not only is Molly stunningly gorgeous, but she is so amazing at her job. When I first connected virtually to her, I was…intimidated… but she instantly made me feel comfortable and I found myself wanting to tell her EVERYTHING. We had a couple visits before she recommended medication and at that point I completely trusted she was making the best, personalized decision for me. I have been to many mental health providers but no one has shown they care like Molly has. She’s quite literally saved my life. She’s the best and I hope she never leaves Zoom+care… ❤️

I sliced open my finger and was freaking out. I cannot express enough gratitude for the staff at this zoom location. Attentive, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Cleaned my wound, stitched/glued me up and walked me through all my worries and questions. My panic melted away and now confidently on the mend. Happily recommend the Fremont Zoom Care and would return for any urgent needs.
