Fast on time service, friendly staff, refreshing to visit doctors who actually listen to my concerns and work with me to find the best solution. Also very helpful to be able to pick up my medicine at the office.

ZoomCare

The office was very clean, friendly and addressed my area of concern quickly. They were knowledgeable and understood my insurance from out of state. You never know what you will get from an urgent care or clinic, but I was extremely impressed with the quality of care they provided and the professionalism of the staff. I watched as they offered top level communication and care to other patients as well. So glad I found zoomcare as I was traveling through Seattle.
Quick check-in, friendly service from Irina and Kyara, and out within 30 minutes with medication in hand.
Very kind and eager to help! Would recommend going here :) <3
Friendly staff, excellent care & easy scheduling.
Whitney was very friendly and extremely helpful. She made checking in and navigating the paperwork very easy to deal with and overall made it a pleasant experience. Irina was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give me the best care she could, even having someone drive to a sister clinic to get me medical supplies that I needed.
How much would you be willing to pay for a 20-minute doctor's appointment where someone looks at your throat and gives you a covid test? Does $1,100 sound fair? If so, you will be happy when you leave ZoomCare in Capitol Hill
Always a pleasant and efficient experience! Gwen is especially wonderful to work with, a thorough professional who deeply cares about her patients. The receptionists are also great to interact with.
If I could give 0 stars I would. TL, DR: Overwhelmingly disappointed and disgusted with the quality of care, billing inaccuracy, and lack of transparency at this location. I will never visit a zoom care ever again and i have actively warned every person in my network about my experience last night. This was the only open urgent care in the area, so we needed to go in for a splinter that couldn’t be removed at home. The positive side is that we were in and out very fast. The down sides are that the care we received was terrible. A part of the splinter was left inside. When my fiancé complained that there was still a piece of the splinter in, the doctor said „it will hurt because the skin is open“ and didn’t believe or attempt to assist my fiancé whose foot still had glass in it. Instead she said that his foot was dirty (4 times) and she put a gauze sock and a disinfectant over it. When we were checking out we were met with a $700 bill after insurance discounts. We found out after the fact (we were given no warning, no informed consent given) that we were being charged for it being the first time we visited a zoom care. ($350). This initial set up did not include taking vitals, taking a medical history, weighing, measuring, or completing any sort of physical exam beyond a couple questions about his habits. Still unsure how this warrants an initial visit charge and extra unsure how it’s legal to charge someone for a service they neither consented to nor received. The removal of the splinter (which once again was only a partial removal with terrible bedside manner) cost another $350 or so (after insurance). Extreme, given how minor and ineffective the treatment was, but what can you do. After receiving the bill, I asked what the self pay cost would be. The woman at the desk told me that would constitute insurance fraud. This seemed wrong to me but I figured she would know more as it’s her job. Once I got home, I looked into it and it turns out it’s not fraud of any kind. If anything, they are the ones committing insurance fraud by coding two charges to our visit instead of one. (Or zero, since the treatment was truly ineffective and minuscule). Most importantly, they didn’t ask or receive consent before „performing“ an initial visit & examination just to bill our insurance and us to make a quick $350. When I asked about the charge the woman at the desk simply said „well the visit cost more because it’s a foreign object removal“ without any regard for the actual question I asked about the initial visit fee. I requested the bill be sent directly to the insurance company for further challenge and we will see what gets decided.
I could not be more upset with them! I asked if they covered my insurance, and they said yes. Then, during my visit told me to get other tests done, without informing me of the costs. Then, charged me $270 vs the $75 I owed then, due to false tests and not going through my insurance. Can't stand these people at the moment! Do not go here!!!
The billing system is a scam. Even after providing insurance they do not cover and bill you full. Later you are left with calling support who aren’t of any help. The cost isn’t upfront and in addition to that insurance is always missed so the final bills are always shocking. Plus getting tests from them could be sent and billed by Labcorp without insurance (this isn’t told at the clinic)
