Staff at the Zivame store promote items as part of a “combo package,” but the bill doesn’t reflect any such offer, each item is charged separately. To make matters worse, no bill was provided at the time of purchase; it had to be requested in person three days later. Always double-check pricing and insist on a bill upfront. Very poor transparency.
