It was a great experience shopping at Zivame vidhyaranuaura outlet. The salesperson was very supportive and had good knowledge on the products which made my shopping comfortable and ease. Would certainly visit the store again

Pathetic response from the staff. I went at 7:30 p.m. There was a customer already at the store. The store woman was attending to her. As soon as she saw me enter, she rudely told me "closed". I walked out.

Sales Girls are Fraud , they dont disclose the price of your selected products , at time of billing they just try to add few products sayings it's free , they don't provide u bill at the End saying printer problem. Cause they add few more items for themselves ... My purchase bag had 7 products that I was forced to select saying buy two get 3 free as it was time consuming trial & all also I had a toddler with me I just paid by my card & I was told I will get the bill to my phone number. Where in I don't receive any bill for 4600 amount, seeing website & discounts I was skeptical about my bill amount being 4600 , that's when I visited next day again asking for bill , then the sales Girl Manjula tried to give me half bill screen shot on spot I made her give me full bill screen shot as there were other coustomers in stores she just told nothing is charged extra but system error that I had not received bill , she did same thing to other customer in front of me giving screenshot for their purchase . I came back home & checked the bill & items I received that's when I got to know my products were below 400 each , the one they had done fraud were costlier than any of my products that my bill contained sleepwaer & panties worth 1100 which was not purchased by me but looted from my Card . Also my bill showed on system had 10 products , my bag had 7 products. total amount swiped from my Card 4500 odd, without bill they just fool around. I have written complaint against them to customer care but customer care is pathetic as there is no response . Taking legal action against Team Zivame.... As I came accross few more riviews of frauds done to customers in the same branch but yet no action from Zivame . Hats off to Zivame for their continued frauds & well trained sales girls to Loot customers money for purchasing their expensive products ...

A proper bill for the purchase made at this store was not given, even after constant requests made. It is completely unacceptable that they failed to provide with an accurate bill for my purchase, and instead gave me a random computer screenshot that had nothing to do with my transaction. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also leaves customers feeling frustrated and cheated. As a customer, I have the right to receive a detailed and accurate bill that clearly shows the items purchased, their prices, any applicable taxes or discounts, and the total amount. Zivame store's failure to provide you with an accurate bill is a clear indication of their disregard for their customers' needs and satisfaction. It is a basic expectation for any retail establishment to provide their customers with the correct and complete information regarding their purchases. In light of this experience, I would strongly advise against shopping at this Zivame store. Their unprofessional and careless approach towards customer service is unacceptable, and they clearly do not value their customers' trust and loyalty. In conclusion, I would suggest finding another store to shop at that values their customers' satisfaction and treats them with respect and professionalism.

Pls don't get trapped into their sales n offers.. they promise something before billing.. after billing they will give different reasons . They will not be able to justify the bill amount. Zivame is a good brand. But pls don't buy from this shop.. they are there to fool u by their sales gimics.. better buy online or check for someother shop.. the will ensure u to buy more .. by telling some offers which is not worth ..
