Nothing against the brand, but I’m confused or rather fooled by the pricing strategy in the store. So I was in a hurry and needed an emergency purchase of undergarments. Needed a single piece of bra and a pack of 3 panties. I’ve bought a few times online and offline as well so there are some patterns I’m comfortable, when asked they said no stock. I was ok with trying a new one. So I decided with a pack of 3 and then o chose 2 bras and kept aside. I wanted a night wear but again I didn’t like the colours. So I cancelled the bras, felt it was too expensive as compared to online. And stuck to buying only 3 pack panties Now 1) they are extremely pushy with selling, I kept specifying look I’m here only for an emergency purchase so I don’t need any exorbitant ones just basic ones will do, no they wouldn’t listen extremely pushy. So they wanted me to pick a 5 pack panties to which I said no 2) while billing - I cancelled the bras and stuck to the 3 pack panties. They were so pushy trying to get me offers online like buy one get one, or buy 2 get one and so much more. WMy question is why would not the sales person no t know what offers are running and why it’s only while billing and cancelling all others will they tell me ? Why isn’t the offers transparent while selecting the products itself ?
