Pathetic service, store manager isn’t cordial, inspite of repeating the size multiple times she provided wrong size. The price doesn’t match the premiumness and quality of service.

My lingerie shopping experience at Zivame DLF store has been fantastic both the times. I was attended by Hina and she is wonderful. From helping me to choose the right fit to trying it, she assisted me all through. The staff is not clingy and though they are trying to make a sale, they are not pushy so as to irritate the customer. I go there for the service they provide and of course they have amazing offers. Hina was very polite and friendly.
