I visited zivame koramangala, staffs very friendly and recommendable to everyone

I wanted to share my positive experience at Zivame. The staff there went above and beyond to ensure I had a great shopping experience. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable while I shopped. Moreover, they were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the perfect item. Their exceptional service made me feel valued as a customer, and I'll definitely be recommending Zivame (Koramangala) to friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Guys be very careful. The other reviews are right. The lady cheats you into buying 2 bras lying that it is buy one get one free. Happened to me too. I realised only after coming home!😞

Yashoda was extremely helpful. She took my correct measurements and helped me find the perfect fit. Dear Zivame team please promote her. So dedicated and presented so many options per my preference. Very proactive and good at her work. Definitely coming again given the level of customer service. And of course, the products are amazing.

Even though the space is small , this store has wide range of collections.The stylist is very helpful.she helped me find the right fight . Even the bras stand true to their label . But the only drawback is that they dont have many pieces for each model. It would have been good if there was some facility of getting it delivered to home wherever the stock is available.even the night gown felt so comfy

I have been cheated here. I entered Zivame store at koramangala after seeing the SOS Sale that was going on. The service was good and the staff helped me with the measurements and sizes but during billing i was cheated saying that the product i took was not on sale. So i dropped one of the three item i Chose.Just because the billing lady who also assisted me with the measurements wants me to buy the third product which i dropped, she lied to me telling that if i get two then one will be for free. So i asked her to include the third product also for billing.But when the bill arrived i got to know that there is a specific discount on each product that already exists but this lady has cheated me to bill a extra product which i initially dropped. This is scam.And no where in the store there is clear depiction of how much discount is there for each product.

The experience was an absolute breach of trust and I wouldn’t purchase from zivame again! and the saleswomen says buy 4 get 2 free (never buy when they talk about offers) and when i see the bill they've included the price for all the 6 products with discounts mentioned as in the website! and my total bill is reflecting as on website prices! Such frauds! very bad marketing strategy of you guys ! you will loose your customers due to this and this won't last for long! horrible strategy and shame on you guys to cheat your customers!
