Zbl concrete & Design

Had my driveway and walkway replaced by Bryan and ZBL concrete. Could not be happier with the results. Bryan and his crew did an excellent job. I had received a couple quotes from other companies about the project but decided to work with ZBL. Bryan was professional, knowledgeable and truthful about all steps of the process. Also Bryan and ZBL did my mom’s back patio. Large patio and did very nice job. Happy with the results. I would recommend ZBL concrete for any concrete job.

We had multiple companies companies come out for a quote on our new patio and they were all around the same but Bryan was great! He was knowledgeable and fair. His team did a wonderful job, was on time and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We eventually will be getting a pathway put in and will definitely be calling ZBL! Thanks again Bryan!

Working with Bryan and ZBL was a true pleasure. We had new patios installed at two of our properties. Before the work each had drainage challenges which were resolved with the new patios. In the middle of the project a permit change was handled professionally by Bryan and his crew. The finishing touches of a contrasting border stain gave the work a nice accent. We would recommend ZBL to anyone looking for concrete work to be done.

Great initially until all the issues were noticed. Poor coloring, improper grading, spalling, pitting, gaps between concrete and house, patio all the way to the bottom of the siding, so many issues. Pictures and videos for proof. Wanted full reimbursement so I could have the project redone correctly and Bryan has refused full refund of $12k, wants to give me $5,500, and now because I pressed the issue he has stopped answering me. Plus they never got a permit which they said they would do, so I don’t even have the backing of the village I live in. There’s no chance this company has 32, five star reviews.
