This was a terrible experience. They were rude and very unprofessional. We came with a flat tire. The guy looked at us, went briefly inside his shop and came out to tell us he didn’t have a replacement and to go somewhere else. My husband asked if he could help him switch to our spare tire since we didn’t have all the tools and he said no, to just go to the other shop near by. Don’t come here, it was very rude of them to treat us like that in a moment of distress.
I feel they were very unprofessional. Very big attitude, very loud and disrespectful. I came in to get my vehicle smog and paid. The vehicle did not pass smog being it had to be driven for approximately 50 miles as I was told by the workers and the owner to do so I went out and drove the vehicle as they told me and came back with the vehicle and then they refuse to smog my vehicle told me not to come back today After I already paid Response to OWNER : actually, there were three people there I assume it was the owner, his son and the person that worked there doing the smog. I spoke with all three people at Yuba tire smog repair and I was told by the son to go drive the car about 20 miles and return the vehicle after driving down 113 highway and that is what I did. I definitely made a payment to get my vehicle smog and was willing to pay for any additional cost , after I returned the second time and the vehicle did not pass. I was informed by the worker to drive about 5 to 10 miles and try to keep the vehicle within 55 to 60 mph and that will do the trick and to return back to get my car finished so I did and when I returned, I was met by the met by the OWVER saying do not return today with the car and he doesn’t know what I need to do or how many miles to drive I never yelled at you or got rude in any way I have the video sir I’ll post that as well just do better with future customers and I paid for the service and was willing to pay any additional cost or fees I was never asked to pay anything additional. Listen if I could give 10 stars I would!!! I like many females HATE taking my car to the shop for repairs. I have been taken advantage and over charged more times than I would like to admit. Until I met Moe.... I can with 100% confidence tell you these guys are legit, fair and affordable. Moe works with you talks everything over with you and most importantly does a great job at a fair price. A stand up guy! Dont hesitate to take your car here for not only smog but repairs as well. Customer for life!!!
Called around to 5 places for a smog and this was tied for the cheapest ($40) and they were the only ones who would take my car immediately. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Fast and courteous.
