We visited here for my wife's pregnancy scanning. Many doctors recommended here as facility and doctors are good. Also one of the old diagnostic centre. But the very sad part is there is no booking/ appointment. It is first come first serve. Scanning doctor are good,they will be briefly explaining explain, Thank you
This is our first time experience. We had been to take Ultrasound Scanning and the the person who had done scanning was really good as he explains the findings in detail. It's was 9th week and we had been for the 3 scan as the heart pulsation was not visible, the person informed that the growth of the embryo was stopped at the age of 4 week. Previous to this we had been to other two scanning centres but they have not informed that the growth of the baby was stopped nor the doctor were able to diagnose the problem. After this scan we had been to Narayan Health Hospital to understand why and what was the specific reason. But they also couldn't explain the same. Anyways, this centre is little crowded as the service are good. I recommend this scanning and laboratory as they have very much knowledge as they explains the situation before it's become an complications.
We have been visiting Yashika Diagnostic Centre for more than a year, we had a worst experience this time .The receptionist (name not known)whose behaviour and attitude is really disappointed us today. Is this the way to response to the patient I am really not satisfied this kind of service. Waiting for more than 15min is not a matter but the way of response and the service matters a lot.
Very polite, staff and clean environment, especially, Mr Anbu is very polite and has all knowledge as a lab technician. I do all my routine blood test every year since 2005 and know them and their service Their results are accurate and very nominal fee.
I don't know how they got 4.2 rating, I guess all the staff and their families contributed towards it. Service and prices are ok but the wait time is hell. The scanning technician comes only after 12 but expects patients to come before 10.30 and wait for him. The staff is rude. When we call to enquire they ask us to come, after going they say the Dr is busy hasn't come and chase the crowd. Customer satisfaction is just 0. Not sure when the customers will turn violent with you ppl. Respect your customers and value their time.
