The worst place, the branch manager and the employees are not highly qualified, they are not cooperative, they made us a tempting offer and then we were surprised that everything was not true and we would pay additional amounts that we did not know about and when I confronted them they lied to us, a group that sets traps for customers I do not advise you to deal with them and worse than this when I called the company they said there is no evidence of the conversations inside store , mobile service just scam

High recommend Muhammad at Xfinity! He was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me getting my services set up. I am tech challenged, but Muhammad explained everything to me in easy to understand terms, I didn’t feel pressured or confused at all, and I left Xfinity feeling extremely satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend asking for Muhammad for all your Xfinity services needs! He knows what he’s talking about!

Amazing service by the staff here and especially Muhammad who helped solve a pending issue I had for almost two days. He went above and beyond. His positive attitude and knowledge as a tech was stellar. I had went to the other Xfinity store closest to this one before and the techs and service were of no help at all, not only that but they steered me the wrong way completely asking me to come later. I come to this store right after with the same issue in hand and Muhammad smoothly took care of me and resolved my activation issue, which should not have been a difficult problem to resolve by the other store in the first place. Additionally, he sold me a premium quality screen and camera lens protector, one of which was 50% off on sale currently along with cleaned and installed it on my phone too. This gentleman has a bright future!

Had a pleasant visit at this branch. Mr. Charles were incredibly helpful and patient with us as well as Mr. Brain We got a GREAT deal for the entire family (4 lines and high speed internet connect). Cannot recommend this store enough. Will definitely recommend and refer friends and family to this store.
