I've been working directly with this facility for about a year now and the personell there whether it's a receptionist, administrator, and ESPECIALLY their facility scheduler. They have all been incredibly wonderful! You can certainly tell this facility genuinely cares about being staffed adequately and with CNA's and nurses who truly do care about their residents and positions. I'd certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking at care for their loved ones in PA!
My mother was there for just over two months. First in rehab and then nursing and finally in hospice. I could not ask for better care for her throughout each phase of her care. The facility was clean, and the staff was very vested in my mom and her well being. The staff was always approachable and kept us well informed. Their compassion at the end of her life was greatly appreciated.
I scheduled a tour and was greeted warmly by Tiffany Cepeda , very detailed in expressing the services provided to clients. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very impressive
So far, so good! Only dad's first full day. Appreciated call, but dad is totally coherent and could have answered all questions. Night nurse very kind and listened. Let's hope all stays positive and dad's home soon.
My husband was out in the rehab after a lengthy stay in the hospital. The staff was very tentative and helped us every step of the way. They taught me how to care for him as he continued his recovery process so that we could bring him home. Four months have passed since discharge and he was able to walk into the facility to visit and thank the staff. They were all so happy to see the progress he has made. We couldn't have done it all without them.
