The staff and Dr. Nguyen are always so welcoming and happy, and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

It started with the ladies at the front. They are so kind and attentive. Dr Nguyen is phenomenal. She listens and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate them all.

Do not use, I tried for a week to see if they would take me as a patient. After a full week of calling, only getting information when I called, and sending over all of my records I was told they would not accept me with no reason whatsoever. Don't waste your time.

Love Dr Nguyen! She is caring,very competent, engaged & knowledgeable. The desk is on the ball & helpful also.

The staff alone made this experience pleasant. I’m a mother of 2, increasingly becoming overwhelmed by changing birth controls and wanted an IUD. This place accepted my insurance so I booked 3 weeks out (which is an expected wait period when Texas is ripping womens rights away.) Fiero was an all-star and was able to get me a closer booking. Then I believe Sarah called and was able to get me in sooner on a cancellation. I’m typically really weird about my OBGYN selection as I’ve had uncomfortable experiences but the hospitality & helpfulness of the staff put my mind at ease. Very happy.

The front desk and other staff remember you by name. They’re always welcoming and understanding. I birthed a baby with Dr. Vu and have gone to her since for regular care and she’s very thorough.
