Wayne worked with us well. Even though there were some set backs due to weather and site issues, we love our new garage and will definitely use WNY backyard enclosures again

Owner Wayne and I agreed to have a steel shed and wooden pavilion built. I made my deposit on 6/3/22 and the project was supposed to be completed on it around 8/29/22. After accepting the deposit Wayne was a challenge to speak with did not provide documentation for the project in a timely fashion. I had to ask for a set of drawings to provide the town atleast 6 times before he actually provided them. Never provided his insurance info after asking for that multiple times. Then starts the pavilion on 9/6/22. Claims he would come back the next week to finish the roof and start the shed. We’ll, that was the last time I saw Wayne. Months of going back and forth finding any excuse he could why he couldn’t get back to my house. Now unfortunately I have advised I will hire legal counsel and file suit for my money refunded. His response? “I look forward to it.” Be careful of this company! I now have no shed and a pavilion with no roof! Worst home improvement experience of my life!
