I recently changed to this provider and have been highly satisfied. We have a boiler in our home and many providers will not service them and most of those that do, are less than competent. Price Heating is efficient, professional, and very proficient. Tim has greatly improved the operation of our system. I recommend William Price Heating as highly as possible.
During the recent freezing weather, the outside temperature was under 17 degrees for a few days. I realized my furnace was not working well. I called Wm. Price Heating & Cooling after-hours and left a message. I was called back first thing the next morning and was scheduled immediately that day. Amberly who returned my call and scheduled my appointment asap is sincerely friendly and helpful. Timothy Gilbert my technician, is friendly, professional, very knowledgable, quick to diagnose the problem; fixed it quickly and also made recommendations to help keep the furnace working at an optimal level. He had been out a few years ago and also worked on my air conditioning unit and did a great job with that as well. I HIGHLY recommend Wm. Price Heating and Cooling!
From the call to the office and the two Techs that came out on the service call were professional and friendly people. Great company and honest, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank You again for fixing our furnace on a cold winter day.
This morning it was 35° out and 57° inside. Terry came assessed the the situation checking ✔️ everything out. It was determined it was time for a new HVAC system. We scheduled all going well my new system will be in tomorrow night. It is worth having the service plan and I will continue having one. Wm. Price Heating is the company that put the system when home was built in '97 so this will by the first replacement. Having a service contract pays off.
I called this company when our new system (installed by a different company) was not working. They were extremely courteous and sent someone out as soon as possible. The technician was knowledgeable and polite and went out of his way to have us up and running! We truly appreciate their service.
