Wise Bathroom is a truly outstanding local company. Their friendly open-handed generosity is a very real testament to their warm hearted Director Harry and their excellent business practice. They went above and beyond in every respect to help us with our herculean request for assistance. We were meet professionally, quickly and with such kindness and compassion as to be truly overwhelming. This business could not come more highly recommended. 5 Stars
UPDATE - sink finally arrived and is beautiful. After speaking with Wise Bathrooms directly I was informed on the delivery, they even offered to drive it here in person if the delivery company didn’t get it out on Monday. Just be aware of slow delivery before purchasing but the quality has been lovely and I am happy.
Wise Bathrooms was wonderful and nice to talk with. And we went over what I wanted for my kitchen. You can tell they know the business. I know when the job is done. It will be a beautiful kitchen. because they spent the time to help me. Thank you.
Had a positive experience with Wise Bathroom's. They was very patient, informative and answered all my questions. Never felt pressured to buy anything, great customer service. Definitely recommend going there!
If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I wish I had never ordered from this company! After chasing up a delivery date, items were delivered the day before our holiday, in returning from holiday we noticed they had sent us the wrong shower enclosure and also a square shower tray rather than the quadrant we required. I have tried contacting them via chat and telephone asking for them to resolve their error, and had no reply. Still waiting to hear back from the email i have sent asking for them to collect and refund the wrong items.
