Wing House Bobcaygeon

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Came in with 4. Waited 45 minutes for our orders to be taken, waited another half hour without receiving drinks and eventually went and found staff. We then had to re order drinks which took another 15-20 minutes to arrive. So all in we are about 2 hours before food or drink starts arriving. Food was coming of out the kitchen before drinks were served. We watched tables walk out. Food itself was very underwhelming. The spicy crispy chicken burger was not crispy at all. Soaked in mediocre sauce to the point it was almost inedible. Wings were good sized and good quality. However the dry rubs were so salty they were impossible to eat. Wings with sauce were so soaked some of the wings were 100 percent submerged in sauce in the bottom of the basket. Long story short, just shy of 3 hours for a lunch that was very forgettable. Gotta get their act together. It's a small seasonal town. We were pre warned that the service was terrible on a good day. We figured it was just people being people. They were not kidding. It's atrocious. I'm giving 2 starts because there was an event going on in town and it was unusually busy. However the restaurant was not at capacity and had tables empty.

Writing on behalf of my family. We have been here twice now. The first time, our food was lukewarm and very underwhelming. The second time, the food was not much better and the service could use work. There was a miscommunication with the menu and the overwhelming amount of flavours. Instead of being trying to accommodate us, the manager explained how we were in the wrong and gave us back the wings we complained about, that were now cold. Another person in our party received cold wings as well. Giving a two star review because we do have intentions to come back and try it once more. We are local to the town and want to support any new business. Hoping this review will be taken as constructive criticism and not a negative complaint because the town could use a fun and quality bar/restaurant. The place has potential, but definitely needs improvements.

Great wings with a large assortment of flavors. I pre-ordered the wind three days before the Superbowl to be picked up at 6:30 on Superbowl evening. I happily picked them up at the arranged time, took them home and was promptly devoured. They were piping hot and just the right amount of sauce on the wings. I will be ordering from here again soon😊

Amazing food, the tandoori chicken wrap is phenomenal! Amazing flavour and such a good portion. My only complaint is seems to be understaffed, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Ordered 4lbs of wing to go for the first shot. I had the knockout bbq and they made me a bbq and roasted garlic. Turns out the wings are not bad at all. Good amount of sauce. Nice atmosphere even though it was closer to closing time. Owner was open and had a little chat. Rest of the team was as I would expect, nice and welcoming.
