I have been in real estate for several years and have done hundreds of closings. This attorney not only was rude and unprofessional but has walked a thin line on malpractice. He did not adhere to his clients wishes, didn’t explain things properly, gave poor advice and literally cost his clients thousands of dollars for his mistake. When I called to ask one last question Brian the attorney spoke harshly at me, wouldn’t listen to my question and literally hung up the phone because he felt he has spent too much time on the file. His support staff is friendly and timely, but if you are looking for an actual attorney that will represent you… I would look elsewhere.
