Always sad to see what had been a valued local resource go downhill so rapidly after a change of ownership! Turning up for my 3.00 pm appointment for my Covid Jab I was informed the pharmacist was at lunch and wouldn’t be back for around 25mins! No apology just a take it or leave it attitude from the counter. I left it and will look elsewhere in future. Such a shame😟
This wonderful pharmacy has just recently changed ownership. What made it stand out was the polite and professional service. Today I had to leave a message without there being any introductory message at all left by the pharmacy as to when my request might be answered. Also, free delivery is only on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Big shoes to fill.
A hidden gem of a pharmacy just off the high street, receiving some of the best customer service I have had in a while. Even before entering, I called via telephone. The individual on the phone was very curtious, prompt and professional. They managed to find exactly what I was looking for pretty quickly and let me know the amount they has left in stock. Upon entering to retrieve my prescription, I was offered a seat to wait and compared to other pharmacies, was a fraction of the time. It was even recommended if I needed to do any shopping or any other errands. They made it feel as if I had been going there forever. Rapport was built quickly and there was an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!
A fall caused a long bleeding wound on my forearm. I went to Wilkinson chemist the next day knowing they are so kind and helpful from previous visits. Once again staff were lovely and quick to assist me. The pharmacist administered first aid ..a wound dressing and follow up advice. I’m so grateful to them, thank you so much 😊
