I was having trouble finding the right insurance coverage I needed. I called around and went to a few other places. It felt as if those other places were not interested in taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for. However, when I went to Wilcox Family Insurance I was happy to get everything I was looking for and then some. Genuine, knowledgeable, and very professional agents at Wilcox Family. Insurance. I have had the pleasure of having the Wilcox Family Insurance agents handle my car insurance needs. My recent experience was by far more than I could have expected. Not only did the agent take time to make sure I received the best deal, but also the best insurance company for my family and our future needs. I have a teenage son about to get his permit and without the agent we would have paid $100s more than we are. I expected great service, but not true family interest. When speaking with Travelers today , the customer care woman said she was impressed with the way our plan was set up and the discounts our agent gave us...this says so much about the Wilcox family. Thank you for getting us the best prices, but a special thanks is necessary for caring enough to ensure my son gets a head start in his journey in life.
