Overall, I really liked this clinic and there were a few things that were dealbreakers. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I finally saw the doctor at noon. I was told when I arrived on time that my appointment would start in about 15 minutes. They were running a little late. OK, 15 minutes, no worry. Half an hour later I finally get called back. Had some x-rays. And then I got to enjoy the ambience of the treatment room… People talking, music, playing children screaming, people running around. I don’t know how anyone can work in that kind of environment. I was so distracted just as a patient I couldn’t even think. I don’t want other people listening to me while I’m in pain and I don’t want to hear other people in pain while I’m there. I don’t like hearing all the machines working. It makes me very nervous. I don’t think I can go back and listen to that again. I want to be treated in a private, quiet treatment room. I did not want to mention it, but I needed to be somewhere at noon for another appointment. I finally left at 12:25. It would’ve been even longer if I waited for someone to go downstairs get some extra paper, bring it up and put it in the copy machine and print out my receipt. It just did not seem like good business for me to have to be in that office for nearly 2 hours for what should’ve been a 30-45 appointment. Now that I have gotten that out of the way, I just want to say how much I did enjoy the clinic, once the doctor finally got to me after an hour and a half wait! I would’ve been a lot more receptive and easier to get along with if I hadn’t had to wait so long to talk to her. But I just have to say, this is the kind of office I have been looking for. I have complicated problems with my teeth and I do not agree with the way modern dentistry is being practiced today.

The entire staff were present, friendly, listened, and answered all my questions. Recently I have had a less than pleasant experience with two other dental offices. My experience with all of you help clean the taste in my mouth, and, taught me how to reduce the acidity. Great job. Thank you all so much.

Dr Short and her team immediately make you feel welcome, they put you at ease, they tell you what your issue[s] is, and they explain what they will do to correct it. Dr Short is an amazingly patient, thorough, caring professional. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough.

Dr Short and staff got me in within 24 hours for a filling in a troubled tooth just before going into the holiday break. Dr Short was particularly sensitive to my concerns before such a procedure. Very professional on every level.
