The staff and team here at Wethersfield are absolutely amazing!!! Maria , Sandra and Claudia have a great deal of commitment to excellence and professionalism. always making sure everything‘s the best. And that the residence enjoy living in our apartment Community. thank you again for a fabulous resident appreciation day. You’re the best.

I recently became a new resident at Whethersfield and the move-in process was absolutely seamless thanks to Sandra. Working with her was very easy and also enjoyable. The management team is very responsive and the apartments are very well maintained and clean! I was very impressed and have been loving the area so far. I highly recommend Whethersfield Apartments!

You can tell an awful lot about a community by the people that work there- Sandra and Maria have been so kind and helpful to me in regards to my impending move to Whethersfield. Moving to an apartment will be stressful for me and these ladies have taken some of that stress off my shoulders-I'll be forever grateful! I took one star off only because I have yet to move-in to this complex so my experience is a bit limited. Thank you Sandra and Maria for your professionalism, concern and sincere pride re the Whethersfield community!

This is a smaller complex that does not have a lot of turnover -- for good reason! Recently moved here from another complex and the service level is excellent vs. my former complex. The subdivision is well maintained, quiet, and the neighbors / people you encounter are friendly. The staff fulfills promises that are made and ensures the residents have a pleasant experience living here. Maria (property management), Sandra (leasing), and Ralph (maintenance) are very friendly and open to assisting with resident needs. I have yet to encounter any other members of the maintenance team, as I recently moved here, but I've heard excellent reviews about the other staff members from neighbors that have lived here for many years. Thus far, they've provided quick service and are clean and efficient when it comes to the work they perform. Thank you for a great move in experience!

My fiancé and I lived here for two years and it was wonderful. Perfect for our first place together. Our apartment was updated and clean when we moved in and whenever we had any issues maintenance/the leasing office was right on it. Everyone that lives in this complex is so kind and respectful. Our black lab had a wonderful time running around in the courtyard and making friends with other pups in the complex that we will miss! Thank you for everything Whethersfield!

My mother lived her for almost 10 years. She recently moved out west to live closer to me. The management team operates a very safe and well maintained community. The apartments are kept in very good condition, the buildings and grounds are well cared for and the neighbors that I met were very friendly and respectful. The maintenance staff is very visible and the rare time that something was needed at my mothers apartment the team was on top of it. I highly recommend this community. Sandra, in the office has been especially helpful and professional. A big thank you to her!
