Jonathan Moon, was very polite and the up most professional. Shauna R. was very helpful in assisting Mr. Moon. Both employees are extremely nice and kind. Always trying to improve the resistance quality of life. These two employees are a great example of how to conduct good business relationships with tenants on the grounds. Thank you Westwood for having such wonderful family friends works that create a good home environment.
The manager is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and prompt with handily all issues that arise. They have gone above and beyond.
Things have been so much better at the apartments under the new manager. Any problem we have had has been care of in a timely manner. Thank you

At one point these were decently priced. I lived there for years until they raised the rent too high. I am also currently waiting for my deposit to come back that I’ve been waiting for over 2 months and it’s somehow lost in the mess of them once again changing ownership and no one knows how to get in contact with the old ownership so I’m sure I’ve lost any chance of getting my deposit back. I won’t be giving up on it though.
nice but expensive. theyre constantly raising monthly costs and there arent even that many options. there is only a pool and a tiny playground. we've moved out.
I've lived here over a year. First year was amazing! Just started my 2nd lease. I'm definitely regretting it. One issue is the parking. Even if you live and pay rent here you're not guaranteed a parking spot. Now every other week the management are raising rent or TRYING to charge us for Landlords insurance. Which I refuse to pay. It's sad that I pay almost $800 for a ONE BEDROOM. My sink and dishwasher leaks which causes the bedroom floor to get soaked. Mold underneath the kitchen sink. Hole in my ceiling in living room. The bathroom ceiling is absolutely horrible and looks like it's going to fall in. The front door doesn't close all the way. Definitely about to leave this place! I have more than enough evidence to fight whatever they try to throw at me. #PREPARED They have NEVER sprayed for bugs in the apartment. (I have cameras) The days there "Supposed" to show they never did. I've had to purchase but products and spray myself. I've also had to purchase filters that they DONT change out. Live in your car is my advice if this is your only option. I live in fear here because you never know who is going to be out in the parking lot. I arrive from work late at times and when you have to park clear across the parking lot it's VERY risky for anyone in this world we live in now. So far so great! From the from the layout of the apartment to the amenities included in my one bedroom one bathroom, Westwood provides a excellent and affordable experience! Staff are also very helpful and very kind! I did have a few initial issues with lights and outlets not working but as fast as they were discovered, the issues were resolved! Maintenance were quick, helpful, and transparent. Will be staying for a while!
I have lived here for about 3 years now.. I've never had any major problems and the few times I had maintenance issues, they very promptly came out and fixed them. It's really quiet and a pleasant place to live
