My order was missing the specific vase I ordered the wrong size arrangement ,called Galleria florist concept showed up they made the arrangement extravagant also gave me a complementary bear. I am beyond satisfied thank you for your kindness and your promptness to help me. Definitely a repeat customer.

I have the lovely pleasure of running into this floral company on a random encounter. I’m so glad that I was able to find an amazing florist. Not only did they help me with my online order, due to a weird glitch on their website, but they also gave me an incentive for letting them know. The arrangements that I purchased were amazing and immaculate!!! I’ve been in search of a new florist since my last one retired and it’s been hard but these people are definitely worth the hype!! PS I order directly through them and not a 3rd party and I picked up my arrangements.
