Thoroughly answered all my questions and responded quickly with any concerns

I wrote a complaint on this website and surprisingly, 5 days later, I get written up for some more bowl c***Yet they still have not called me back after I called them from a week ago. They have not taken the materials down from when they replace 2 blocks of my concrete when the whole driveway was supposed to be done. And when I received this notice take to my door I walked down my street and seen 10 more houses with more stuff than mine so I talked to them knocked on their doors. They did not receive a notice to clean up their stuff., So now I am declaring it harassment. Whoever reads this do not move to this park. And the only reason they are writing me up for this c***Because I told the truth.

Westbridge Manor is by far the WORST place I’ve ever lived in…and I’ve lived in some pretty crappy places too. This place is a complete joke. I went from paying $900 to almost $1500 all because I didn’t sign another year lease with them. They kept raising my month to month fee every few months. It took them 6 months to finally order a mailbox key. They don’t fix the dozen pot holes that were on my street. In the winter time the maintenance guy plowed snow in my driveway to where I couldn’t get out of my driveway. I’ve been calling the office for 2 years trying to get them to fix the door frame outside because there was about an inch and a 1/2 gap causing all the cold air to come in..still never fixed. And when you get mad at them they hangup on you. Everyday I had kids riding across my lawn and slapping the hood of my car. I’ve had people trying to break in my home/car multiple times. The neighbors are horrible. At least once a week there were police on my street for something. The day I moved out I had my car parked in the street to make room for the U-Haul truck and they stuck a violation sticker on my car saying they were gonna tow my vehicle. DO NOT MOVE HERE because they like to harass people. Also there trying to make me pay another months rent because my move-out date was a few days after the 1st. Thank god I’m finally out of that place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They sold me a house illegaly, constantly wrote me up for bull shit, when I see the same exect thing at other people's houses. Black mold was all in my bathroom, my concreat (the whole) driveway the spring I moves in (4 yrs ago) still not done and in there lease, it states if rent is to go up there must be a 30day notice before it takes place again been here 4 yrs, never receive 1 notice,

Stephanie is awesome, she was thorough with all of the documents, and was so pleasant to work with. My grandchildren were being a little rambunctious and Stephanie was so patient and kind. Thank you…….

Rent is too expensive for the quality of the place. We get charged extra just to take out the trash. On top of that, they sent someone to come and cut our lawn and charged us without our consent. Grass was unevenly cut and there were piles of it lying everywhere. And I've also informed them 3 different times that our fridge and freezer is not cooling enough. It's been 2 weeks and maintenance still hasn't resolved the issue. I've had to throw out multiple items from our fridge because they were putrified. Perks are an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a gym, and a playground. But they really need to shape up.

My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a home in this park. Everyone is extremely helpful and very nice. Highly recommend if you are looking for your next home!!

Chelsea went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my new home and it's the perfect place for me and my family. She responds fast and she communicates effectively. I would recommend westbridge manor to anyone

100000 reasons I could say avoid this place. Number one being they don't operate legally when your lease is up. In the lease month to month would have been an additional $100. Rent went from 1400 to 1700. Without notice. 2. I was charged legal fees AFTER I gave my intent to vacate. How can you file for eviction when someone legally says I'm moving with no lease to tie them down? 3. They won't warn you or give you the option to renew, which is again, illegal. 4. Even if a neighbor almost sets your house on fire, they won't respond or do anything to insure it dosent happen again. 5. They will NOT fix issues when renting. 6. They don't violate people who constantly block your driveway. 7. They lie about when late fees are applied. 8. They were constantly inspecting my house with no good cause, went well over the amount for " turn key inspections" applicable for the year. 9. They say 24 hours on a violation, expect your stuff to be removed within 10 to 15 hours. 10. Office staff screams. Don't do it.

I wish I was still there. I had to move due to personal reasons (financial). I just didn’t have the money to stay there. They were very kind and touched my heart. They will work with you for a good outcome. Give them a chance. YES to YES ☺️👍🏼
