I have been going to this location for years, and the experience has always been excellent and still gets better. They add services that makes my life easier. The friendly treatment mixed with professionalism has never changed or faded. Very clean and careful personnel. Totally worth it.
This was originally Dr. Gibson office that was recently bought out. Most of the wonderful staff are still there. From the front office staff to all of the hygienist they are all friendly & professional. I love that the text reminders for when life gets busy. I recently met Dr. Henninger, he was also thorough & friendly. If you're looking for a good dentist for the whole family I highly recommend them.
I am brand new to the Madison, AL area and was due for my six month teeth cleaning. After carefully researching and reviewing several dentists in the area, I decided to give West Madison Dental a try! Needless to say — it was a GREAT decision. This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve had at any dental office to date. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the entire process was very thorough! Everything was explained in great detail and the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable. I am proud to say that I have found my new dentist and hopefully this review will help someone else make the same great decision! :)
Great dental office! I love how they explain things, show you pictures, if needed, of what's going on and proactive planning. And looks like the name change is official now from Gibson to West Madison dental, but same great people!.
