Besides the roaches, it just depends how often u stay up on your cleanliness in your apartment, for the most part… I love how the maintenance is always soooo helpful and tries to keep the environment so neatly.. & they always have a 24/7 hotline as well! The apartments is nice on the inside , besides that I give it a 7.5/10 living arrangement wise ;)
These are some decent apartments to live in…And they are very courteous about certain things..I just feel like there is a bit of lack of communication or miscommunication some where. Because I’ve asked multiple times for things to get fixed and it wouldn’t be addressed until there is another reason for maintenance to come and check my apartment.Now I will say, that once they’re started, the problem is fixed in a reasonable matter..However I don’t feel you should send a “COMPLETE” text unless all the work is done or you have confirmed with the maintenance guy that it was done and no further work needs to be done. Also an itemized bill should be given when you pay your rent with the other fees. And I also feel you should go behind and see the results of who ever does our pest maintenance..Because I had to go out and buy my own because the results were not good.All and all I still give these apartments a good rating..
Well I like living over here but I have to say if I put in a work order please me something to let me know you been in my apt, I shouldn't have to come from work and fine you in my place I don't like at all.and the back gate always broke, I want my patio door fix but I don't no one in my place when I am not there they need more guess parking that it for me the ladies in the office are very very nice all the time.
maintenance man left my floor in my bathroom dirty and left my toilet dirty after coming to fix my toilet and shower and still nothing is fixed terrible maintenance team
current resident the maintenance has fixed nothing the sewage water still goes into the shower and doesn’t go down and office makes no effort to help you fix the problem
