Unhelpful and rude workers!! An older South Asian lady and the South Asian guy with short hair and tattoos are both condescending and rude. The guy doesn’t know how processes work in the shop and should be retrained completely. The lady needs to learn customer service skills. Be more respectful to customers bringing you business that pays your wage.
I've had a consistently great experience with Wellcare Pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions ready exactly when promised, and their service is incredibly prompt and efficient. Whether it's filling a new prescription or refilling an old one, they’re always on time, which makes managing my medications stress-free. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability. Highly recommended if you value timely service and a dependable pharmacy!
Second time I’m being told a lie from the attendant who pretends to be a pharmacist first time they cannot place repeat prescriptions second time they don’t sell standard diabetic pen needles. My other local pharmacy has no problem with either. Don’t seem to care about the public.
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had an incredibly disappointing experience at wellcare pharmacy. I was shocked by the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism. When I approached them with an issue regarding a product/service, instead of addressing my concerns, the staff outright accused me of lying! It's one thing to make a mistake, but to accuse a customer of dishonesty without any proof is unacceptable. I have always been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I strongly urge management to train their staff better and to handle customer complaints with the respect and attention they deserve. I won't be returning to this shop, and I would advise others to be cautious as well.
