Rubbish pharmacy avoid it. Bought capsules which were broken. Staff didn’t even apologise. Had a prescription for an item that can be bought over the counter and they charged me prescription price. Very bad pharmacy dont go here!
I'm really disappointed because the pharmacy staff didn't deliver my dad medication on time, and I've tried calling them many times without any response. It seems they are not doing their job properly, which is frustrating since the staff are working there to help us. I hope this gets better soon.
It’s a terrible place. It’s a complete mess! They make fun of the patients who come in and can’t get anything right. I’ve been there twice and was treated very rudely on both occasions. I’ve raised my concerns with my GP and decided to switch to a different pharmacy..!
My doctor sent prescription for antibiotics direct to Wellcare. I phoned them and they said they would deliver next morning. Did not arrive. Spent 2 hours trying to get through on phone then they promised evening delivery. Did not arrive. Waiting for two days. If they couldn't deliver they should say and I could ask someone to collect. I am on my own and feeling so ill.
