Best pharmacy in Stevenage. The team is very efficient, but they still take the time to offer great advice and check in on how you're doing. The staff were very good and made the whole process stress-free. Thank you for the brilliant care!
Absolutely scams they have gone behind my back ordered tables for me which I didn’t give them a permission and ordered me tables which I didn’t even need them, when I asked the lady behind the counter who ordered those tables she wouldn’t tell me, I asked her if I could speak to someone about this or if I can have a phone number for the manager she would not give any details, sh kept saying go on the google and get them and her attitude was so rude about it. I would never recommend them to anyone, very unprofessional and very poor customer service,
I booked a private Flu vaccination appointment with this pharmacy 8 days in advance. When I arrived, they told me they had run out of vaccine. So what's the point of an appointment? They had my phone and email, but made no effort to let me know. Pathetic.
Never had a problem here until about 6 months ago. Repeat prescriptions always ready and on time as well as them chasing in advance. But now in the last 6 months it feels like it's gone into new management or GP had had new drs come in and now it's a struggle to even just get your repeat prescriptions. Communication is now poor and it feels like it is being palmed back to the patient as it being there fault for things not being done
