I recently had the pleasure of lunch at a Japanese-style hotplate restaurant, and it was truly a culinary experience to remember. The star of the show was undoubtedly the hotplate itself, sizzling and ready for action. I ordered beef pepper rice dan chicken pepper rice. The flavors of the dishes were exquisite. The beef was perfectly seared to a juicy medium-rare. The chicken pepper also good, the hotplate plays a key role in keeping the meal warm for longer periods of time. To accompany the hotplate dishes, I enjoyed a selection of beverages, including a refreshing ice ocha that provided a pleasant balance to the hearty meal.
