First time there today, booked a second appointment for next month already, great service and very clean job with plenty of discussion about aftercare. Only hitch was that gratuity is venmo or cash, I will have to make sure to double it next month since I wasn't able to today

I’ve been coming here and seeing Kylee for the past 2 years and I have never once had a complaint! Kylee is great at waxing, makes me comfortable, she’s personable so it’s never awkward, and she always does a great job. Thanks Kylee!!
I have been getting waxed for 8 years… switching up from the salon I’ve been going to since, I was nervous….. but THIS WAS THE BEST WAX I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I got a full Brazilian. KYLEE WAS AMAZING! Friendly, efficient, even took out all my ingrown hairs. The least amount of pain I have ever felt during a wax. We chatted about better skincare and she gave me some tips for ingrowns. Your first visit they offer 20% off or an exfoliating mitt kit. I will be back and I am so happy I took the chance to switch it up to a place in the city!! Kylee is a must see when visiting Waxing the City North End!!
By far the best waxing place I've found so far. The staff is super friendly and they do a great job. Not one hair is left unwaxed for sure 😂.
