I lived here a few years ago. I needed some information from Waterstone that I knew would be a tough thing to get, but I called anyway. Dawn Connelly answered, and from the minute she answered the call, she was EXTREMELY kind, understanding, and willing to go out of her way to help me. She told me that it could take till the end of the week, which I said ok. I made the initial call yesterday (Monday), and she already had the answers today (Tuesday). That doesn't happen anymore, so I want to give her a shout-out. When I lived there, I met great people, but this was the best experience I've had with Waterstone. Thank you!

Shay was so helpful and kind. She helped us get into our new place. The office is helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The property is pretty and kept up nicely.
Shay was amazing, helpful and kind. She made our experience wonderful. We can't wait to call Waterstone home. The property is also beautiful
If i were you, find somewhere better. Its has been hell with this place. People struggle and they don't care at all. i wanted to pay the rent that was past due and they didn't want to accept in the very beginning and basically kicking out us out before the lease is up because they want to raise the rent really high for a TWO BEDROOM! Are you kidding i wouldn't want to pay $3200 for a two bedroom! Also the toilet been leaking with blue water coming out and the dispose by the kitchen sink doesn't work when i moved in, the paint in the bathroom which is the shower is peeling off because it's cheap paint wanted to hide the mess from the previous tenants that's what you get when it's comes with the landlord special. Also you can hear everything from the upstairs literally when they are doing work or walking around you can hear it very clearly and it's sucks. So again find somewhere better. Oh by the way you pay for pest control, and they are supposed to do a month check up every time and they don’t.. So all the fee they add is stupid. Also there is a roach problem, i feel like its every unit my neighbors moved out within three weeks of being there because of roaches and it’s really bad at the complex. Update: Stephanie the lease agent has the biggest attitude, i have asked to check the mail since it was already delivered and basically told me to contact the post office when it already been delivered and didn’t want it to get throw away or lost because their are checks in there. Really can’t meet me at the mailbox and lock it up after? To the response to the owner, my messages between my lawyer and yours are completely different from what you say. You didn't want to accept the rent from the beginning and just wanted us out we had to go numerous time back and fourth to come with an agreement at the very end and still wanted us out in the very end.
Waterstone is one of the better deals in the area for the price. Justine the property manager was very attentive and always responded quickly to any issues that arose. One of the appealing points for me was the opportunity to sign on for less than a year while we house hunted. We opted for the 3/2 with garage which ranged about $1900 with valet trash. I never once felt that they were price gouging as costs were clearly defined during lease signing. The on site gym had optimal equipment and the pool was spacious and always look well kept for the time I resided here. I would like to add that the hedges for those renting properties with garages are extremely cumbersome. Although they add curb appeal the reality is that they make it difficult to get in and out of your car without scratching your doors or wetting your clothes with morning dew. My garbage disposal and a/c needed maintenance a few times in our 9 month stay, but requesting repairs or maintenance was as simple as logging in and putting in a work order. I never waited more than 24 hours for something to get repaired, so kudos for that! So why not 5 stars? One word KIDS. Although we have two of our own, we are always conscious of neighbors and did our best to keep our volume down. Recently there seemed to be an influx of tenants with middle school boys that like to utilize the parking lot as a football field. I would literally drive in and they had no regard for traffic. One literally threw the ball hitting my hood while I was unloading my vehicle. Again, kids will be kids but it really got out of hand, they need to enforce the use of the playground and stress that the parking lot is NOT a place to play. This is happening around building 10 and 8. Management needs to really have a talk with these parents because I personally would not extend my lease based on this alone. I watched car after car get hit with footballs, soccer balls, etc. Again there is a safety concern and liability of a child actually being hit by a car. Aside from this issue, Building 10 was well kept and I am attaching photos of our vacant apartment.
