Engaged swimart Richmond to clean my pool very close to Christmas public holidays as my pool resembled a pond more than a pool! The staff that answered the phone were very well mannered even though I was pushing to get it sorted before the holidays. The staff that came out to clean the pool vacuumed and added the chemicals their testing machine said too. One service and a revisit to balance before it was crystal clear just in time for Christmas. After speaking to the gentleman that cleaned the pool he suggested that a regular maintenance plan would be beneficial. At first I thought it was just a waste of money but I can honestly say that it’s been great. They notify me before every visit, they clean and add chemicals (suggesting a salt upgrade to minerals) to keep the pond away! The kids love it, and I don’t have to worry about it. Best decision ever. Mike and the team are top knot!

HAWKESBURY COMMUNITY & ALL NSW RESIDENTS. Mick from SWIMART IN RICHMOND was my pool service guy. I cried out for help to SWIMART a local business not far from me, who was so very nice, he deserves to know my personal feedback. For many many years due to older recommendations. I had been very loyal with another pool business for quite a fair few years now. I was trying to be a good customer by not ending their ongoing maintenance, as I try to do my part supporting local owners in the community. SWIMART AT RICHMOND, spoke to a gentleman called Mick. He was asking several questions on my pool service & invoice with good questions to easy my mind. Mick said listen, I cannot promise today" but as I was very upset, he called me back to say he would come test the pool & take a look at everything at least. I told Mick as my grandchildren swim in the pool I was worried for the safety and their health. WELL THIS PHONE CALL HAS NOW SAVED MY POOL. NO SURPRISE. MY PUMP WAS TOTALLED. MY PRIDE WAS HURT & BACK POCKET SEEMS WAS USED AS A ATM. (FROM MY OLDER EX POOL SERVICE PROVIDER). SO MUCH FOR LOYALTY! SWIMART IS LIQUID WATER GOLD. Mick was totally brilliant figuring out what had caused my issues. SWIMART service has shown me good people do still live on earth. I will scream SWIMART TO ANYONE on the roof top for the benefit of torture. CALL SWIMART pool to services & ask MICK & his boys. I was very lucky to be helped. As it is THEIR HIGH BUSY TIME, they were full booked out flat chat all day. HONESTLY I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY "SWIMART ARE IN HIGH DEMAND. I CAN SEE WHY THESE GUYS WERE FULLY BOOKED. PLUS THE SERVICE IS WAY BEYOND JUST A POOL SERVICE & THEY LISTEN & THEY WILL TAKE WHAT YOU SAY ON BOARD... UPDATE. POST POOL UPDATE REVIEW: I left this review a while to think about my words & so I could give a real life situation on things we should consider. so here is the update post new pool pump and service. SWIMART, team DO NOT TRY TO up-sale you, they honour you as a partnership, they see you as a real person, unlike some rather a sales transaction. As you all know I recently was victim to aolder business for my pool. They scam me months and months of expenses. So recently I had my pool serviced by a guy called Mick from SWIMART in Richmond. Since the cleaning & updates of products recommended, & new pumps & equipment. I now have notice how much better the water smells, looks, so much more crystal clear. Longer service's unlike my older providers. My pool has never felt this great. I am so grateful. I hope the honest reviews help many others, while social media helps with getting the message out. I pray I may have reached someone who might be feeling the same. So do not ever neglect you inner gut feeling. Emailed Swimart Richmond to get a fair amount of debris vacuumed off the pool floor, a chemical balance and enquired about a regular service. They came promptly which was good but they were only there for 20-30 minutes and left. The pool went from clear to green in a day without any vacuum done. Received an invoice a few days later for $229 with a service charge of $100. Usually we're charged after the job that was requested has been completed. Did not hear back from them and had to email to discuss the charge. They told us our skimmer basket was broken and couldn't complete a safe vacuum. Invoice was paid promptly even though nothing on the list of services were even attempted on the pool and I mentioned this in the email to which I did not receive a reply to. Four weeks later I get a text saying they will be there for the regular service 10 minutes before they arrived. I called and refused the service and the guy just said "sorry about that" and that they had skimmer baskets in stock to replace. Not sure if this is their regular attitude with little to no communication to the pool owner, or they had a newbie sent out, but we weren't happy with the services they provided and their pricing.

I recently bought the Dolphin Skimmi from Swimart and honestly wish I’d grabbed it sooner. My neighbour’s tree constantly drops leaves and debris into my pool, and I was sick of scooping the surface every day. The Skimmi has completely changed that. It’s fully solar-powered and basically a set-and-forget unit, it just cruises around all day cleaning the crap off the top of the water. My pool has never looked cleaner and I barely have to do anything now. As a bonus… it also doubles as a great drink holder 😂 Highly recommend the Skimmi to anyone who’s over dealing with floating leaves and wants their pool to look spotless without the effort.

Our local pool shop suddenly closed their doors and my pool was In desperate need of some attention. I didn't know what to do but had heard good things about swimart Richmond. So I took a chance and I don't regret it. Michael's knowledge was excellent and had no hesitation to assist. I've been getting monthly services and cannot fault the services they've provided. Highly recommend!

Swimmers at Richmond has been my go to shop in a previous name and owners, I wanted to say how well the new owners are carrying on the level of service and expertise I was used to, recently my pool went green and lost it’s sparkle, on a Sunday morning I took down a sample and the owner went through the test and came with all the chemicals etc that was required to get the pool back to its former glory, everything he suggested worked with just after a few days the pool is amazing, a great local business that deserves every success

I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael but all the credit can’t just go to him. The team he runs here are are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and services they provide. As someone who had no idea what they are doing with a pool I can safely say I now have the knowledge, tools and products to keep my pool looking good all year round. My last purchase was a Dolphin Skimmi Automated Solar Powered Robotic Pool Skimmer and I tell ya what, they are worth every dollar. Thank you team. K.P

I would highly recommend Swimart Richmond. My pool needed an extreme clean which they did around my schedule. Michael was so helpful they got in the parts I needed so quickly and installed start away. My pool looks amazing. I am now going to get my pool cleaned monthly by then. Really amazing and professional service

The boys came out quickly and fixed a problem with my chlorinator. They saved me heaps in the process and gave me advice on future maintenance!

Called up this past weekend to help with an emergency for our pool. The team was super knowledgeable and really took the time to help me. The boys at Swimart Richmond had great customer service and knowledge. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My recent experience is super disappointing, we have been a long term customer and used the team at Swimmart Richmond for years to do our monthly pool maintenance. Over the past few months we have noticed the time they spend doing the maintenance reducing to the point where they are lucky to be at our residence for half an hour. Their last visit they charged us for the first of a three part treatment that was never agreed to. When I rang to question the charge they told me we received an email that we were meant to "opt out" of if I didn't want to get the treatment done. An email from the pool shop is not something we thought we had to read that closely because it is bound with T&C's. The good news is that there are plenty of pool shops that want new regular work with customers that paid on time. Bye!
