I signed a contract with Swimart Orakei in January for regular pool servicing — twice during summer and monthly in winter. After 8 weeks, no one had shown up. I had to call them just to get the first service booked. They sent someone out once, but since then? Nothing. No follow-up visits, no communication, no attempt to honour the agreement. I called again today and was given the exact same excuse as before. This isn’t just poor service — it’s complete disregard for customers and contractual obligations. If you’re expecting reliability or professionalism, look elsewhere. Do not use this company. They are disorganised, unresponsive, and clearly overcommitted. I’ll be taking my business to someone who actually shows up.
