Don't trust the instruction from staff after the water testing. I now had incorrect instruction twice in a row.

Completely ridiculous…. I purchased a jug of liquid chlorine yesterday, decided I didn’t need it. Returned it today UNOPENED, and asked for a refund, they immediately said they aren’t allowed to do that, because they will get in “trouble”. This doesn’t make any sense, they didn’t even ask for the receipt, why give out a receipt if you won’t accept a refund. Especially since I did not tamper with it or open it. Will not be going back here, and I STILL want my refund. I can’t house it so I left it there and they had no trouble in me returning it for free, but just wouldn’t give me my money back. You’re welcome for the free money. Give me my refund.

We booked a three visit pool service for chemical checks, filter inspection, and a full clean. The first visit was to test the chemicals and check the filter. The second visit was the initial clean. I asked how the pool would be cleaned, feeling confident that it was in capable hands. However, when I arrived home from work, I discovered the pool lining had been pierced. I was informed by the manager, that they were not liable for any damage due to their Terms & Conditions. Prior to their maintenance, the pool had absolutely no issues. They provided the names of a couple of pool repair contacts but even mentioned themselves that these contacts were unreliable. This did not inspire confidence, but we decided to attempt the repairs on our own. After purchasing patches and goggles, we managed to find and repair the tear. We refilled the pool from halfway, and everything seemed fine. For the third and final visit, we specifically requested that the pool not be cleaned - only the chemicals checked. Again, when we returned home from work, the water level had dropped. This was incredibly frustrating, as it was clear the company’s negligence had caused damage for a second time, yet they continued to hide behind their T&Cs. One of the employees left some patches, but we were unsure whether the leak was from the same tear or a new one. I contacted the manager again, and she insisted the pool had been cleaned (despite us asking them not to) and once more provided a repairer’s contact. She asked me to email photos of the water level, which I did a week ago, and I have still not received any response. It is unacceptable to pay $450.00 only to have our pool damaged not once but twice, receive no accountability, and be left with an unusable pool. The lack of communication, responsibility, and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Do the right thing and repair the damage caused by your incompetent employee - not once, but twice. I would NOT recommend this business.

Good advice got my pool back on track

Very helpful staff and advice 👍. Bought a replacement valve for our pool pump and received amazing advice regarding our damaged pool pump. We have been loyal customers of another pool shop in New Lynn for the last 10 years, but they could not help us. So, we went to Swimart Henderson and are glad we found you! They will definitely be our go-to shop now for our future pool and spa maintenance! Highly recommended! ✨✨✨✨✨

We are first time pool owners and the service was so helpful, friendly and gave us step by step instructions on how to get our pool up and running and made them very easy to understand. Great service all round, especially by the woman who worked during the day on Sunday (I'm sorry I forgot your name!!), she was brilliant and could tell she knew a lot about her job. Highly recommend going here :)

We only discovered Swimart about 6 months ago and they're always so helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. We vowed we'd never go back to another pool shop, where we needed to guess what to do with the chemicals we bought from them. Swimart staff really know their stuff, they even converted chemical amounts for us to simplify things and explain things so well.

Great team. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. Worth a look.
