My little girl & i visited this amazing little shop last week and she hasn’t stopped talking about what a great time she had! Clint & Gabriel were absolutely wonderful, attentive, kind, and patient. We got to hold the ball pythons that my daughter is obsessed with & we can’t wait to go back. She’s working her way up to earning a pet snake & this is the only place we will purchase from. Their reptiles are very well cared for and loved. I only wish we found them sooner! Great shop for reptile enthusiasts!

Leaving a great review simply from a phone call! I called to see if they had any anole lizards and Brian informed me they didn’t but has a PLETHORA of other reptiles. He was so knowledgeable and kind with any questions I had. I live all the way in Mableton but will be planning a trip this week to come here and hopefully walk away with two new day lizards. Thank you Brian for your wonderful assistance and kindness. He definitely deserves a raise!

He had an absolutely amazing experience here. We went in planning to get our six-year-old daughter, a tree frog for her birthday. Clint was absolutely amazing and telling me all of the facts about tree frogs and talk to us pretty much out of a tree frog, but into an amazing bearded dragon her name is Luna and she is amazing. Clint is extremely knowledgeable in every single animal there and he is the friendliest man I think I’ve ever met and is absolutely amazing with my children too thank you so much Clint for giving us a new member of our family. We appreciate you so much and can’t wait to see you all again.

Today was our first trip into Reigning Reptiles and both my fiancé and I were blown away by the impeccable customer service. The second both her and I were in the door, we were greeted by Clint who was already helping another customer, but took the time to make sure we were greeted. The second he wrapped up with the first customers, he was over to both of us to begin answering all of our questions, and questions we sure had in abundance. Clint was incredibly patient while we asked our questions, and also made sure to take care of all customers that came in after us while my fiancé and I shopped around while taking note of his recommendations and knowledge. After every customer came and went, he was back to us to continue imparting incredible knowledge and the passion he has for every reptile in the building was palpable. We were also incredibly fortunate to meet Cyndi, the shop owner, who was just as warm and welcoming and answered questions that I had for her as well. In all my years of shopping in any retail environment, I have never felt that taken care of and cannot wait to return so I can connect more with both Clint and Cyndi. There could be a shop right next door to me and I would still drive the forty minutes to Reigning Reptiles for how incredibly welcome I felt by both Clint and Cyndi, and to see all of the reptiles in their care as they were all full of life and thriving. Thank you for this incredible experience! We will be back soon!
