Staff went above and beyond with their customer service skills. 5 star waiting area and efficient transport to and from while the vehicle was serviced. Very prompt. Von Bibra Subaru in Robina was by far the best customer service I have received at any Subaru outlet.

Couldn’t say enough about the car. My outback is insane and more than I could imagine in a vehicle. Daniel from Subaru Robina was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. In a market where unfortunately you don’t have room for negotiations with crazy high demands and low supply, that’s all you can ask for. Someone to take pride in their job and have the answers to your questions - thanks Daniel, you made it as painless as it can be. Also shoutout to Mark (I believe) the sales manager for the complimentary movie tickets - class act mate.
Our journey of buying a new car was smooth and short-wait time. Heaps thanks to Jim (Salesperson) and Craig (Finance) and their respective teams who made it possible and quick at this time of supply crisis.
Clearly not the best time to be buying new cars, whatever you're after, but Hamid (our salesman) was very personable and helpful, as was everyone else we dealt with, however briefly. He was upfront about supply issues and delivery wait times and kept us informed. Vehicle handover was short, sweet and hassle-free. Very happy.
