Very poor experience. I took my ute to Nissan Robina for a service and my wheel was significantly damaged in the process. I was not informed that this had happened upon collecting my vehicle. It took 3 weeks to be rectified and even after being repaired, the wheel was not put back together correctly.

Great customer service, Emre kept in contact keeping us upto date with our car order and delivery. He pushed to get us a Christmas delivery and even made it happen on Christmas Eve! With a full tank of fuel! Thank you Emre and thank you Nissan

Salesperson Emre is excellent and patient to assist me throughout the whole process, not pushy and always listens what are my concerns; Manager Jacob is awesome, always keep second eye on Emre with me, not monitoring but more importantly provides assistance to us, he played a very important role as he recommends me another bigger car with more suitable configurations which perfectly fits my needs and budget, again he is very friendly and willing to give me alternatives for the final closing with this happy deal between us! Last not not least, Chloe from Customer Care is cheerful and looks great as the first impression when we enter the showroom, truly cares for all of us, especially my kids with drinks and talks, also she is the one assist me with the deposit handling, as well as explaining the add-on protection pack with the best offer too. Overall, very good impression as all of the Nissan teammates are professional and polite with great smile, I am very delighted with today's experience and 100% will recommend friends who need a car come this same showroom!!!
