One of the most easiest experiences when buying a car. Jamie was super helpful from start to finish. He had all the knowledge needed and was supportive by offering options that suit my needs. In the end, I got a car that is suited to me, looks great and an awesome price for it. The communication from start to finish was outstanding and even after its all done the ongoing support remains. Unlike many dealerships once the transaction is complete you can still rely on Jamie and the entire team at Von Bibra to continue to look after you well afterwards. 100% recommend and 100% will be referring my friends, family and prospect clients. The service we got from Jamie was outstanding. He wasn’t pushy at all and was so patient throughout the whole process of purchasing our new Haval H6 Hybrid which was a very unfamiliar brand of car to us. Amazing how quickly we formed a great rapport with not only Jamie but Jay as well. Two absolute credits to the Von Bibra family. Can’t speak highly enough about them both 😊

Such a great experience, it was my second time buying a car but my first time buying from a dealership. I’m only 21 and it was very daunting for me going into it, however the staff were so friendly and amazingly supportive so it made the process so easy, especially Jamie he was such an incredible help the entire time so thank you!.
