My first service on my new Jimny was well over $300!!!! I also paid $44 for a tyre rotate and balance. Recently my tyre fitting brother Inlaw was fitting larger tyres for my Jimny and he said the weights in the original wheels hadn’t been moved so Von bibra didn’t do a tyre balance and my tyres were low on pressure. Von bibra didn’t even pump my tyres up! A typical service elsewhere is roughly $189 including the wheel balance, rotation and pump the tyres up.So at Von Bibra Helensvale, I paid over $300 for 3.5 to 4 litres of oil and an oil filter = max $35. Ask for a quote before you get a service there. Don’t make my mistak!!!

I couldn’t recommend Von Bibra Helensvale enough. There is an amazing family atmosphere where you feel welcome and secure with their superior knowledge and customer service. I would like to give a special thank you to Richard, Brittany and especially Lachlan Manning from the used car sales team. Lachy went above and beyond to make the experience of buying a car the most enjoyable and easy process. He was very attentive and his after sale service was second to none, I cannot give high enough praise for him. I loved my experience at von bibra and absolutely adore my new car and will be making sure everyone I know comes to these guys if they need a car.
