Great experience with the Von Bibra team at Ferry Road. Particularly salesman Jamie. Found my perfect car and the entire experience from test drive to purchase was nothing but professional and informative! Also had my two young children with me and the team there went above and beyond to include them in the car yard experience even putting my son's toy car in the workshop for repair!! As this was my first car purchase I was initially overwhelmed but having a team like Andrew, Tiff and Rick made the process enjoyable and got me into my car asap! We purchased 2 cars through Von Bibra Ferry road. Kataya looked after us every step of the way. Nothing was too much for her and anything we asked for she did with extreme enthusiasm. She even called us on her days off work to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. Von Bibra made sure the cars were ship shape and perfect. I would definitely recommend purchasing from VonBibra and we didn't meet any of the other sales people (I'm sure they are also very nice), but I can personally say I highly recommend Kataya. I always wanted to buy a car with a big red ribbon 😁
