I am someone who tends to be cautious in taking big financial steps forward, and this car-shopping experience certainly met that criteria. I felt relaxed, acknowledged, and empowered in making my decision and moving forward with my auto purchase. Matt, my sales rep, helped me have a satisfying test driving experience: he listened to my comments to every experience during my drive, adding details on driveability and features to build my confidence in the vehicle. I never felt put upon or pressured when discussing leasing and financing options. Noura, my financing rep, went through every document needing a signature, explaining every component of TLP, GAP coverage, warranty coverages, etc. At the end, I received stapled, clear documents all neatly folded into a single envelope for me to hold for my records at home. I was interested in purchasing a 2022 ID.4 and I reached out to Eric to discuss my options. He was very informative on every aspect and very professional. I was able to discuss my trade in and set up the deal all online to then be able to come in for the paperwork after work. The car is phenomenal and the service from Eric was amazing.
