Wasting customer’s time . While having a conversation on customer care they are telling until u wont come to service station, car wont be forwarded to washing area. They wasted 2 hrs just for making wait for washing. Very much dissapointed from your service

It was really amazing but l would like to mention marketing and services till delivery normally remains pleasant but it's after sales service and customer care is very essential to maintain cordial and long relationships. I believe that Volkswagen service would not disappoint us . Car cover was not in stock . Kindly make it available at the earliest . Three cheers for our long faith and bonding.
