Dr. Gayton and Beth are the most pleasant, knowledgeable, non-judgmental team I have encountered in the aesthetic lane. They offer a plethora of services that appeal to all ages. My mom wanted to try botox for the first time and Dr. Gayton was so kind, informative, and put her right at ease. The results were also amazing. They continue to be my own choice for all things aesthetic because of the customer service. Beth’s work ethic is incredible. They’re a great team and the clinic has great vibes. It’s worth it to come see them! They are both beautiful spirits and very attentive to the level of care I expect from a medspa. I have been going for almost two years. Everyone knows that Atlanta/metro Atlanta has alot of medspas; but Viva has consistently have been my top choice because of the results and vibes!

I met Beth at my nail salon and started chatting with her. We talked about a lot of things including where she worked. I asked about pricing and she immediately started sending me information. My daughter made an appointment first and she instantly fell in love! I’ve now had a couple procedures and I already can’t imagine going anywhere else! I’m a forever fan and client! I adore both Beth and Dr. Gayton. They are so accommodating, knowledgeable and patient! I highly recommend Viva Med Spa.and Wellness! Go see them, they will not disappoint!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gayton and Beth today and having a full syringe of Revanesse Versa filler put in my lips and Jeuvueau in my forehead for the wrinkles. I have had fillers and Botox many times before so I knew exactly what to expect, however they both made sure to go over and above in explaining everything to me! They are top notch professionals and I definitely enjoyed going to them and even drove from Chattanooga to Kennesaw. If you are a “newbie” they’re a great office to go to - please understand the value of actually having a MD inject you rather than a nurse. They numbed me for 30 minutes to ensure I was numb - it’s actually the most I’ve ever been numbed for fillers. FYI’s for newbies that they will also explain: Please understand that it is absolutely perfectly normal to have some slight discoloration or small bruising around the injection sites. Take a new tube of your favorite chapstick for your lips or you’ll have an urge to lick them. Please know your lips will feel a bit tight, swollen and for lack of a better word “lumpy” when it’s first injected; that’s because you’re not used to the hyaluronic acid filler being in your lips and it has to settle - please trust the process as from my experience of having had fillers over 10+ times they know what they’re doing and I actually experienced far less swelling and bruising with Dr. Gayton than elsewhere. Please heed the instructions of using the ice packs as advised and this will minimize any post treatment symptoms you may experience. They called to check on me this evening which no other practice has EVER done and gave me a personal cell number to reach out to should I have any questions or concerns - which I do not have as I’m familiar with how this goes. As with any procedure there are risks and rewards and you have to weigh the two. They make sure that you are well informed to make an informed decision prior to proceeding. I can say that I would definitely recommend Dr. Gayton and Beth without equivocation and in my opinion the rewards exceed any risk. I was pleased to see that they don’t “stretch” their product out with saline and to see I wasn’t getting a “watered down” product - I received what I paid for, I’m happy with the services I received, I witnessed the care and concern they showed for a patient who had come in with food poisoning and how they went above to make her comfortable even though she wasn’t even able to get her procedure done today. Thank you Beth and Dr. Gayton for running a practice with excellence, care and genuine concern and services to help people feel better and more confident in themselves! I will see you all again soon! 💋
